We are looking for an energetic, people-centric HRBP Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you won't just be tracking administrative tasks—you will be right in the thick of the employee experience. You will collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners to bridge the gap between business goals and employee well-being. This is a collaborative opportunity to gain exposure to employee relations, internal communication, conflict resolution, and employer branding in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Serve as an accessible point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and workplace culture.
- Assist HRBPs in conducting initial intake conversations for employee grievances, ensuring documentation is objective and accurate.
- Support the tracking and resolution of employee relations issues, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute impactful employee engagement initiatives and team-building events (both virtual and in-person).
- Assist in designing and analyzing pulse surveys to measure employee morale, helping to translate data into actionable culture-boosting strategies.
- Support the workplace environment by identifying trends in employee feedback and suggesting proactive solutions.
HR Communication & Employer Branding:
- Draft clear, engaging, and empathetic internal communications (newsletters, policy updates, company-wide announcements).
- Partner with the Marketing/Design teams to champion our employer brand on external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor).
- Create compelling content highlighting our workplace culture, employee spotlights, and diversity initiatives to attract top talent.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Currently pursuing or a graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You know how to tailor your tone to be professional yet warm and approachable.
Emotional Intelligence: Strong active listening skills, empathy, and a high degree of maturity when handling sensitive or confidential situations.
Organization Skills: Ability to multitask, manage timelines for engagement events, and keep meticulous records.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office. Experience with HRIS platforms, Canva, or Slack is a bonus.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,260.08 per month
