Job Opening: Tele Counselor / Telemarketing Executive
We are a leading Fashion & Interior Design Institute looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counselor / Telemarketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain records of inquiries and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, telecounseling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and ability to achieve targets.
Location: Borivali
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
