The DMLT Technician is responsible for laboratory diagnostics, patient assessments, and assisting in the delivery of medically supervised weight loss therapies and wellness treatments. The role involves conducting diagnostic tests, supporting physicians during treatment procedures, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical and laboratory standards.
- Assist physicians in administering medically supervised weight loss therapies and wellness treatments.
- Height and weight measurement
- BMI calculation
- Body composition analysis
- Vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO₂)
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before each procedure.
- Administer clinic-approved wellness therapies and treatments within the scope of practice and under physician supervision.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments and promptly report any adverse reactions or complications to the treating physician.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, pre- and post-treatment care, hydration, nutrition, and follow-up instructions.
- Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments and periodic health assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment sessions, laboratory reports, and clinical progress.
- Support patients throughout their weight loss journey by ensuring a positive, professional, and patient-centric experience.
- Coordinate with physicians, nutritionists, dietitians, and wellness consultants to deliver personalized weight management programs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
