Process Improvement & Analysis
- Collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to the buildout of DIS applications in Python with Vue.js front-end to work with other internal developer tooling to support engagement teams
- Balance ongoing process work with project-based innovation and conceptualization
- Work with other technology teams to integrate tooling
- Be responsible for coordinating tool deployments
Reporting & Visualization
- Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using tools such as PowerBI, PowerQuery or Tableau
- Support leadership and engagement teams with insights that drive better decision-making
- Create dashboards to demonstrate DIS Team metrics
Team & Collaboration
- Participate in stand-up meetings, discovery calls, and project discussions
- Work closely with business leaders to deliver high-value outcomes
- Contribute to team culture by prioritizing collaboration, autonomy, and flexibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in software development, data science, or analytics
- Strong programming background with experience in Python, MySQL, and Vue.js
- Experience with application development (front and back end) and familiarity with agile or iterative development practices
- Solid understanding of data process automation, data visualization, and reporting
- Effective communication skills: ability to set expectations, collaborate across teams, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau,
- Experience with Back-End or Full-Stack Application Development
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps processes a plus
- QA experience a plus
- Exposure to professional services, accounting, or finance industries is a plus
