*Job Description – CRM Executive*
Location: Jaipur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to improve retention and repeat business.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or customer relationship management, preferably in apparel, textile, or showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
