Position Overview:
Candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support. Maintenance of Registers, Maintenance of Office equipment, AMC etc. Monitor other works.
- Managing travel /accommodation related work for employees.
- Tracking employees attaendance and Leave management System.
- Manage office inventory (ex. Stationary, Groceries, Snaks etc).
- Manage external vendors (Ex. Maid, Tea vendor, water etc.).
- To perform all office clerical works like goiong to Banks for official purposes etc.
