About GravityONE
At Gravity One, we believe AI is fundamentally redefining how enterprise software is conceived, built and delivered.
We’re building the next generation of enterprise AI platforms that help organisations execute strategy, improve performance and manage complex portfolios through intelligent agents, enterprise orchestration and decision intelligence. Unlike traditional software companies, we operate as a small, highly capable founding team that believes exceptional outcomes come from talented people working alongside AI and not from large delivery organizations. We embrace lean thinking, rapid experimentation and continuous innovation, using AI to achieve what previously required much larger teams.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional AI Solutions Engineer who is equally passionate about solving business problems and building world-class AI products.
This is not a role where requirements are handed to you by multiple layers of architects, analysts or project managers. You will work as part of a small, entrepreneurial team where every member contributes directly to product vision, technical design and delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with founders, product leaders and customers to understand complex business challenges, rapidly prototype solutions and transform them into enterprise-grade AI capabilities. We value people who are naturally curious, challenge assumptions and enjoy turning ideas into products that create meaningful business impact.
What You’ll Do
Design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and intelligent orchestration workflows.
Work directly with product leadership and customers to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI capabilities.
Rapidly prototype, validate and evolve ideas into production-ready enterprise software.
Build secure, scalable and reliable AI applications using modern engineering practices.
Contribute across the entire product lifecycle from ideation and architecture through development, testing and continuous improvement.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve our platform and accelerate innovation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical capability with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
-
Enjoy solving complex business problems—not just writing code.
-
Think in systems and can design intelligent solutions from first principles.
-
Learn quickly and are naturally curious about emerging AI technologies.
-
Are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership beyond your job description.
-
Enjoy working in lean, high-performing teams where everyone contributes across multiple disciplines.
-
Believe AI is transforming how software products are built and are excited to pioneer new ways of working.
-
Care deeply about quality, simplicity and delivering real customer value.
Experience
5–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing, developing and deploying Generative AI/LLM-based applications in production environments.
Experience with many of the following is desirable:
-
Agentic AI and multi-agent systems
-
Large Language Models (LLMs)
-
AI orchestration frameworks
-
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
-
Knowledge Graphs and Vector Databases
-
Python and modern software engineering practices
-
Cloud-native development (preferably Microsoft Azure)
-
Enterprise integrations and APIs
-
Secure-by-design, Responsible AI and enterprise governance principles
Why Join Gravity One?
This is an opportunity to become part of a small founding team building enterprise AI products that challenge traditional ways of working.
Rather than operating within large delivery teams, you’ll help pioneer a new model of product development where highly capable engineers, empowered by AI, can achieve exponential outcomes. You’ll have the freedom to influence product direction, experiment with emerging technologies and build intelligent systems that solve some of the most complex challenges facing modern organizations.
If you’re excited by the idea of helping shape the future of enterprise software, we’d love to hear from you.
