We are looking for Software Engineers who are passionate about troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer-facing technical support. This role is ideal for professionals who want to transition from software development into an L2 Technical Support role while continuing to work with modern cloud and IoT technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot application, API, and integration-related problems.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Handle L2 technical support tickets and coordinate with Engineering and QA teams.
- Support software deployments, configurations, and customer implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication (ETC) or Computer Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Development, Application Support, Technical Support, or a related role.
- Good understanding of APIs, SQL, databases, debugging, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Interest in transitioning into an L2 Technical Support role.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
