Workshop Organizer jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — the campus programs through which the agency teaches, recruits and builds its name are a permanent function, and the people who place and run them are permanent staff. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ in Vasant Vihar with real travel across the education circuit. The seat owns the workshop program on the outside: scheduling technical workshops — cyber security, ethical hacking, intelligence craft — in colleges and schools, encouraging participation, acting as a public representative of the agency, and carrying each event from invitation to evaluated outcome. 01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Workshop Organizer at CryptoMize?
01
Schedule technical workshops in colleges and schools across the circuit — cyber security, ethical hacking and adjacent topics — and encourage students to participate
02
Work and act as a public representative of the agency: promoting its name, its work and its programs wherever the circuit takes you
03
Build and maintain the institution relationships the program depends on — placement cells, faculty coordinators, department heads, student bodies
04
Own the invitation machinery: draft and revise the M&E guidance, coordinate vetting of attendees where a program requires it, and track invitation acceptance to the final headcount
05
Assist in agenda formation for each workshop, matching content to the audience a campus actually brings
06
Facilitate workshops directly or identify and secure the right facilitator from the agency’s expert bench
07
Promote the program so sessions fill — working with campus channels, the marketing team and the agency’s own media
08
Meet and liaise with institutional clients to discuss requirements and program progress, and keep researching new, interactive and current topics worth building workshops around
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Workshop Organizer at CryptoMize you will schedule technical workshops in colleges and schools and encourage students to participate, acting and working as a public representative who promotes the agency’s name and business wherever possible. You will meet and liaise with institutional clients to discuss requirements and program progress, maintain the relationships that keep the calendar full, and keep researching new, interactive and current topics so the portfolio stays worth attending.
You will own the program mechanics on your territory: drafting and revising monitoring-and-evaluation guidance, coordinating vetting workshops where a program requires attendee screening, tracking invitation acceptance, assisting in agenda formation, and facilitating each workshop yourself or identifying the right facilitator from the agency’s bench. Assisting with the marketing and promotion of workshops is part of the same duty — a workshop nobody heard of is a workshop that did not happen.
The seat suits a highly motivated, energetic extrovert with a passion for extensive travel and meeting people, building relationships across the education circuit. Preparing, running, documenting and evaluating each workshop closes the loop: what was promised, what was delivered, what was learned — recorded honestly enough that the next season is planned on it.
