Academic Counselor
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Admission & Academic Counselor with excellent telecalling, counseling, and sales skills to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admission Counseling/Education Sales.
- Excellent telecalling and lead conversion skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Good computer knowledge and CRM experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records.
