Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Civil Supervisors and Interior Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct inspections and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Interior Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of construction and/or interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Building construction projects.
- Interior fit-out and finishing works, including painting, tiling, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, and joinery.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
