We are looking for a Telecaller to promote Hamsa Rehab's rehabilitation services, generate patient leads, and provide information about our specialized care for brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury patients to current and prospective clients through phone communications.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesAreaSpecific DutiesPatient Lead GenerationCall potential patients/families to advise them about Hamsa Rehab's tele-rehabilitation and in-person services Inquiry HandlingAnswer incoming calls resolving queries about rehabilitation services, treatment packages, pricing, and facility details Service InformationProvide information about Hamsa Rehab's specialized services for neurological conditions, post-surgery recovery, and spine care Appointment SchedulingConvey verbal acknowledgments of appointments to the admissions team for closing; schedule patient consultations Follow-up CallsCall active or old patients to encourage continued rehabilitation treatment purchases DocumentationNotice significant details of every discussion; record patient interactions in CRM/database Script UsageReach potential clients using pre-defined scripts about rehabilitation offerings Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil, English (bilingual proficiency preferred for Chennai market)
- Ability to convince tough individuals to purchase rehabilitation offerings
- Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems
- Strong documentation and data entry skills
- Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
- Multitasking ability for sales + customer service calls
Education & Experience
- Minimum: High school diploma; Any Degree
- Experience: 1–5 year in healthcare telemarketing/customer service (entry-level position)
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts (including weekend availability for patient convenience)
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (aligning with Hamsa Rehab's operations)
