Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
- Plan and manage content calendars in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and external agencies to execute campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend new ideas to improve performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
