1. Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring all structural, concrete, and finishing work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, laborers, and trade workers to maintain a highly productive and safe working environment.
- Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols (OSHA/HSE standards) and quality assurance guidelines.
2. Strict Inventory Management & Control
- Requisition & Procurement: Review structural drawings to forecast material demands and raise precise, timely Purchase Requisitions (PR) to prevent project delays.
- Gate Control & Inspection: Physically verify all incoming shipments (cement, steel, aggregate, MEP fixtures) against delivery challenges, invoices, and purchase orders. Reject substandard materials instantly.
- Storage Optimization: Design and maintain a logical, highly organized on-site yard layout. Ensure perishable materials (like cement bags) are stored using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to prevent spoilage.
- Consumption Tracking: Audit daily material consumption against theoretical design limits to track and minimize wastage or shrinkage.
3. Digital Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and up-to-date material stock ledgers using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specific construction management tools like Procore).
- Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock verification (cycle counting) to reconcile actual inventory with system data.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,397.48 per month
