*Position:Senior UX/UI Designer*

*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead the complete UX/UI design process from discovery and research to final implementation.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and data-driven design improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Convert designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end interfaces.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance research, ideation, content generation, prototyping, and development workflows.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and usability best practices are followed.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design strategy and innovation. Required Skills & Expertise UX/UI Design Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. Expertise in Figma — Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Design Systems.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs. Front-End Development
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI development practices.
- Ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready code.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization. AI & Modern Design Tools Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools including:
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — research, content generation, ideation
- Cursor, GitHub Copilot — AI-assisted front-end development
- Lovable, v0 by Vercel, Bolt.new — rapid UI prototyping and design-to-code Figma AI — layout suggestions, auto-annotation, component generation
- Midjourney — visual concept generation and moodboarding (preferred) Ability to leverage AI for: UX research and competitive analysis
- Content generation and copywriting Wireframing and rapid prototyping
- Design-to-code workflow acceleration
- Front-end development and workflow automation Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on SaaS, Enterprise, FinTech, Healthcare, or B2B products.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern component libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Experience using AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity, reduce delivery time, and enhance product quality.*Only Bench*
