Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, technology, and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital and technology solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and technology services is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
