Position Overview
Chaudhari Toyota is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships while driving revenue and customer satisfaction in line with Toyota standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key corporate and individual customer accounts
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and collection targets
- Handle customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Finance) to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable Toyota products and services
- Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasts, and account performance metrics
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI
- Adhere to Toyota processes, policies, and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce or Management preferred)
- 5–15 years of experience in Account Management or Key Account Handling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Prior experience in automobile dealerships, corporate sales, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency in DMS, CRM systems, and MS Office
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
