Job Description: Senior VRA Developer (VMware Aria Automation)Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced VRA Developer with strong automation and scripting skills to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure provisioning tracks. In this role, you will leverage VMware Aria Automation (formerly vRealize Automation / vRA) alongside Ansible and JavaScript to drive end-to-end infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions.

Technical Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Core Skills:
- VMware VRA / Aria Automation: Expert-level knowledge in designing blueprints, building service broker catalogs, and creating multi-tenant cloud environments.
- Ansible: Strong experience writing playbooks, managing configurations, and automating application deployments alongside VRA.
- JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript for writing custom workflows and actions within vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test complex blueprints and XaaS (Anything as a Service) workflows using VRA / Aria Automation.
- Integrate VRA with vRO (vRealize Orchestrator) using JavaScript for custom logic, API integrations, and third-party tools.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to ensure automated, consistent post-provisioning configurations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated catalog items.
- Troubleshoot complex automation workflows, lifecycle states, and orchestration failures.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members (applicable for candidates on the higher end of the experience scale).
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per month
