- MBA, PGDM, CFA, NISM, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Job Summary
To drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key customer relationships, and promoting Loan Against Securities products. The role involves business development, loan sourcing, client servicing, and coordination with internal teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned LAS sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI, corporate, and investor clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor loan portfolios, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 4–10 years of experience in Loan Against Securities (LAS), secured lending, wealth management, private banking, or financial services sales.
- Strong understanding of equity shares, mutual funds, bonds, and other financial instruments.
- Knowledge of credit assessment, secured lending, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM applications and MS Excel.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
