Must-Have:
SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM)
Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HR with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects.
Should understand and map Core HCM processes like Transfer, PromotionRetirement etc., along with Time Management & SAP Indian Payroll. Integration knowledge with FI module during FI posting and bank transfer happens is a must.
Knowledge of SAP HCM on HANA i.e. H4S4 and identifies the changes between two paradigms.
Knowledge in FIORI Apps and application areas in HCM module.
have experience to work with technical team and other modules.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Provide support activities for the SAP HCM module.
2) Assist in capturing and analyzing functional requirements.
3) Assist in Configuration and customization to meet the business requirements.
4) Prepare and execute test cases; document test results.
5) Develop user manuals and training materials.
6) Provide post-implementation handholding support and issue resolution.
Education Requirements:MBA/MCA/M. Tech/B. Tech/B.E./CA/CWA
Certifications :SAP/S4 HANA Certification in the respective module is preferable.
