Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. If you’re passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages following standardized recipes or customer preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, welcoming customers warmly and answering any questions about the menu.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Restock inventory and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in creating an inviting atmosphere for customers, including latte art or personalized drinks.
- Promote and upsell menu items, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in food & beverage services is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
