Candidate Profile:
* 7–10 years of experience in ocean freight pricing/procurement within the freight forwarding industry.
* Strong relationships with major shipping lines and NVOCCs.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial acumen.
* Sound knowledge of global trade lanes, container shipping, and freight forwarding operations.
* Proven ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute ocean freight pricing strategies for ocean exports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas partners.
* Negotiate competitive freight rates and secure long-term carrier agreements.
* Prepare competitive quotations and support the sales team with timely pricing solutions.
* Monitor market trends, capacity, and rate fluctuations to maximize profitability.
* Drive product development, trade lane expansion, and procurement initiatives.
* Work closely with operations, sales, and overseas agents to ensure seamless execution.
* Achieve pricing KPIs while maintaining high service standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
