The PRT English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in the primary section (Grades 1–5). The goal is to build a strong foundation in reading, writing, and speaking, while fostering a genuine love for the English language through interactive and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Instructional Excellence:
- Deliver engaging lessons focusing on Phonics, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Comprehension.
- Utilize storytelling, role-play, and interactive games to make language learning fun and effective for young learners.
- Encourage students to express themselves confidently in English through various classroom activities.
Lesson Planning & Content Creation:
- Develop creative lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and cater to different learning styles.
- Prepare and use visual aids, charts, and digital resources (Smart Boards) to enhance classroom instruction.
Assessment & Tracking:
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Identify students who may need additional support and implement remedial strategies.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Foster social and emotional growth by encouraging teamwork and mutual respect among students.
Co-curricular Involvement:
- Organize and lead English-related events such as poetry recitations, story-telling competitions, and "Spell Bee" contests.
- Contribute to school assemblies and cultural programs.
Professional Communication:
- Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress and address parental concerns.
- Collaborate with the primary wing coordinator and fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduation in English (B.A. English) or a related field (essential).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized university (essential).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the primary section of a recognized school.
- Strong background in elementary education pedagogy.

- Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent command over spoken and written English with clear articulation.
- Pedagogical Skill: Ability to break down complex language rules into simple, understandable concepts for young children.

Compensation
- Salary: Up to INR 28,000/- per month (Depending on experience, qualifications, and performance in the demo session).
