Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging content for social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reels, short-form videos, and social media trends, with the ability to turn raw ideas into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and edit Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, and creative visuals.
- Convert raw footage, ideas, and concepts into polished and engaging content.
- Plan and execute content based on social media trends and audience interests.
- Write creative captions, hooks, scripts, and post copy.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to publishing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to understand content requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and viral content styles.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas for improving engagement and reach.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Hands-on experience creating Reels and short-form videos.
- Strong video editing and content editing skills.
- Ability to work with raw footage and transform it into engaging videos.
- Good knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to independently develop content ideas and concepts.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating content for B2B, IT, SaaS, recruitment, or technology companies.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience with photography, videography, or basic graphic design.
- A strong portfolio of Reels, social media posts, videos, or other creative work.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who can think creatively, work with raw content, edit high-quality videos, create engaging social media posts, and turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch and share.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
