An HR Executive manages daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records management. - Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, plus managing new hire induction and documentation.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Maintaining employee databases, updating HRIS, and supporting payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, mediating disputes, and organizing engagement activities.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC), and updating company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software and MS Office
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
