Job Description
The ideal candidate should have experience in designing product labels and packaging artwork for food products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop product labels, stickers, and packaging artwork for food products.
- Create visually appealing designs in line with the company's branding standards.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Marketing teams to gather label requirements.
- Ensure all label designs comply with FSSAI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Review and update existing labels whenever product information changes.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files and liaise with external printing vendors.
- Maintain a database of all label designs and artwork versions.
- Support the team with other design-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Designing or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in label or packaging design, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Good understanding of packaging specifications and print processes.
- Knowledge of food labelling regulations will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
