- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives
- Generate leads through site visits, walk-ins, channel partners, and digital platforms
- Handle key client negotiations and finalize property deals
- Manage channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and site activities
- Ensure proper documentation, booking process, and coordination with CRM/legal team
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
