Responsibilities:
· Distill abstract design concepts and management needs into elegant creative solutions.
· Manage design team and adhere to quality sampling for prints, silhouettes and home textiles
· Create Mood boards, plan and execute from sampling to floor as per discussed calendar.
· Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.
· Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to management, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
· Have strong people management and leadership skills in order to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team.
· Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
· Create and Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
· Working with in house design and sampling team to agree on quality standards, price and delivery times
· Planning and Monitoring design and sampling schedules and altering them when necessary
