We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate employee training programs, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support as required.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Assist in creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
