Essenn Architects is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect with strong international project exposure, especially in luxury hospitality and tropical resort-style developments inspired by destinations like Bali, Maldives, Thailand, and Dubai.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture
- Experience in international hospitality/resort projects
- Strong exposure to Bali-style tropical landscape concepts
- Ability to handle projects from concept to execution
- Experience in luxury villas, resorts, farmhouses, clubhouses, and premium residential
projects
Strong knowledge of:
- Tropical planting
- Hardscape & softscape design
- Water features
- Outdoor lighting concepts
- Resort-style outdoor environments
Responsibilities
- Develop landscape concepts and presentations
- Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and detailed landscape layouts
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams
- Handle site execution and material selection
- Ensure design quality and execution standards
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / D5 / Enscape
- Photoshop
- Revit (preferred)
Preferred Profile
- Worked on projects in Bali, Maldives, Dubai, Thailand, or similar international hospitality
environments
- Strong design aesthetics and practical execution knowledge
- Ability to independently manage projects and client coordination
