About the Role:
Join Canvas Homes, a fast-growing PropTech company, as a Business Development Executive. You’ll connect with homebuyers/investors, conduct site visits, and support property sales across Bangalore (focus: North Bangalore).
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate & manage leads via calls and field visits
- Identify potential buyers and investors
- Conduct site visits & client meetings
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable properties
- Maintain CRM and ensure follow-ups
- Assist in negotiations and closures
- Work with sales & marketing teams
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of sales/field sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willing to travel across Bangalore
- Kannada/Hindi is a plus
