We currently have a Senior Auditor position available with our client, PKF Tamworth. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a team member based in India.
Role Overview
We're looking for an Audit Senior to lead audit engagements for a varied client base, including corporates, not-for-profits and privately owned businesses. As part of our Team, you will undertake a variety of work for Audit & Assurance clients and provide them with excellent care and support, while working in a team focused on achieving the Firm's objectives and exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities

Supervise and mentor junior staff, review their work and provide constructive feedback.

Prepare and review audit documentation, working papers and financial statement schedules.

Identify and assess audit risks, design and perform appropriate audit procedures.

Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies and independence requirements.

Communicate audit findings and recommendations to client engagement partners.

Financial Statements preparation in CaseWare.
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with training and knowledge sharing.

Help with time budgeting and timely completion of engagements.

Ability to work independently
About you
-
CA / CPA qualified or close to completion.

Experience with Caseware is mandatory

Experience working with a varied client portfolio with direct client liaison.

5+ years relevant experience in audit.

Tech savvy with a working knowledge of different accounting software

High level of integrity and a team player.

High level of problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.
