Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Clinical Skin Therapist to provide advanced skin treatments, support dermatological procedures, and deliver personalized skincare solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of skin health, aesthetic treatments, hygiene standards, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and analyze client skin conditions.
- Recommend suitable skincare treatments and homecare products.
- Perform clinical and aesthetic skin treatments such as:
- Chemical peels
- Hydrafacial
- Microdermabrasion
- LED therapy
- Acne treatments
- Skin rejuvenation procedures
- Assist dermatologists or cosmetic physicians during advanced procedures.
- Maintain treatment records and monitor client progress.
- Ensure sterilization, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and preventive skin health.
- Handle appointment scheduling and follow-up consultations when required.
- Maintain inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies.
- Stay updated with latest skincare technologies and clinical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Skin Therapy.
- Certification in clinical skincare or aesthetic procedures preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic center, or medical spa.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laser treatments and advanced aesthetic devices.
- Sales ability for skincare packages and products.
- Professional grooming and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Working Conditions
- Clinic/dermatology center/medical spa setting.

- Standing for extended periods during treatments.
