Looking for a Quality & Training Executive to help maintain service standards and develop the team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks across café operations.
- Create and coordinate staff training programs.
- Conduct one-to-one and group training sessions.
- Ensure SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and service standards are followed.
- Monitor staff performance and support improvement.
- Travel between outlets when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Passion for training and hospitality.
- Willingness to travel.
- Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or retail experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
