Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbond and outbond calls.
- Find new customers and generate leads.
- Contact leads from IndiaMART and social media.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Handle customer questions and enquiries.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Update customer details and call records.
- Prepare daily call reports.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good speaking and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
