Job Description
Aquaneeta Industries Pvt Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in home appliances, kitchen appliances, small appliances, etc., excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day branch operations
- Develop and maintain strong B2B client relationships
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales and operations team
- Achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Monitor branch performance and prepare sales and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with head office for smooth operations and business development
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing or any relevant qualification
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales or branch management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage business operations
