We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and grow into a full-time HR professional.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Must have completed an HR certification or professional HR course (HR Generalist, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, or equivalent).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and HR operations.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and letters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support HR compliance and documentation.
- Perform administrative and operational HR tasks as assigned.

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: Hubli, Karnataka
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Working Hours: As per company policy
- Stipend: As per company policy
Full-Time Employment (FTE)
Candidates who successfully complete the 6-month internship and demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and commitment will be considered for a Full-Time HR Executive role at Flogic Consulting Private Limited.
