Job Title: Software Engineer / Research Engineer
Location: Chennai
Role Summary:
Build advanced AI/ML solutions with a focus on deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and LLM-based applications.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Deep learning & NLP using TensorFlow/PyTorch; experience with transformers (BERT, GPT, T5)
- Strong in reinforcement learning (MDP, Q-learning, policy gradients)
- Knowledge of optimization techniques and distributed training
- Proficient in Python and GPU/TPU-based computation
- Experience working with LLMs and real-world use cases
- Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Langflow)
- Knowledge of agent-based modeling and workflow orchestration
- Ability to read and implement research papers; research contributions are a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
