Job Title: Electrician (2–5 Years Experience)Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Electrician with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. The candidate should be capable of working independently and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Perform wiring, cabling, and panel board installations
- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective troubleshooting
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Handle breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members
Required Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience as an electrician
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial or commercial electrical work
- Knowledge of control panels, motors, and basic PLC systems
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and testing equipment
Working Conditions:
- Work may involve shifts, overtime, or emergency duties
- Indoor and outdoor job environments
- May require working at heights or in confined spaces
Salary Range:
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
