About the Role:
- Sandeep Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented financial professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts at our Siliguri head office. This position will oversee daily corporate accounts, statutory compliance, and data controls within our modern cloud ERP environment (ERPNext).
- We welcome newly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) looking to build a robust corporate career close to home, as well as experienced CA-Inter / semi-qualified candidates with strong practical background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Manage the day-to-day finalization of books of accounts, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Statutory Compliance: Oversee the timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Audit Coordination: Interface with external statutory auditors and ensure strong internal financial controls.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports (MIS), cash flow statements, and budget updates for senior management.
- ERP Monitoring: Review and monitor data entry validation matrices within our ERP system to ensure accuracy across all operational transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR Semi-Qualified (CA-Inter) with strong practical experience.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of post-qualification or intensive articleship experience in a corporate setting or reputed CA firm.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong core accounting concepts. Prior exposure to ERP software is a major plus, but training on ERPNext will be provided.
