Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about immigration services
- Generate and qualify leads for visa counseling team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Update and manage client data in CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with visa counselors for client appointments

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling / tele sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of immigration/visa services is an advantage
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Minimum 12th pass
