About the Role
Dr. Aravind's IVF is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Patient Support Team. This role involves communicating with prospective and existing patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Candidates who can communicate fluently in one or more of the following languages are encouraged to apply:
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Hindi
- Nepali
- English
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.
- Follow established communication and service quality standards.
- Build positive relationships with patients through effective communication.
- Support lead management and customer engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, or Nepali.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over phone calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate may apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, healthcare support, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
