Job Summary
We are looking for a Backend Developer to develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services for our Android application portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain REST API endpoints.
- Write database queries, migrations and stored procedures.
- Implement business logic and input validation.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Debug production issues using logs and monitoring tools.
- Maintain Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Support the Android development team with API-related issues.
- Assist with database maintenance and production support.
Required Skills
- Backend development experience in Node.js, Java, Python or PHP.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- REST API development experience.
- Understanding of authentication and input sanitisation.
- Knowledge of Git and Postman.
- Ability to read application logs.
- Basic Linux command-line knowledge.
Preferred
- Docker and Redis.
- Message queue experience.
- Payment/third-party API integration.
- CI/CD pipeline exposure.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
