To support the BCOE-Rewards function through effective execution, monitoring, and administration of key reward processes—specifically Performance Appraisal cycles, Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) operations, and organization-wide Rewards policy implementation.
The role ensures timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of reward processes and provides operational support, data management, analytics, and coordination.This position collaborates closely with HR leadership, Group HR , Seamex and external partners to deliver competitive, fair, and transparent reward practices.
JOB CONTEXT: The TM - Rewards is a hands-on, execution-driven role within the Rewards Centre of Excellence. The incumbent supports the BCOE team in implementing established reward frameworks, ensuring smooth cycle management, maintaining data integrity, and providing timely reporting and insights.
The environment requires strong process discipline, ability to manage multiple timelines, attention to detail, and coordination with HRBPs, Talent teams, and Finance. While strategic decisions are driven by senior leadership, this role plays a critical enabling part in turning strategy into operational excellence.
MAJOR CHALLENGES:
- Managing high-volume operational tasks during performance and compensation cycles with zero errors and strict timelines.
- Ensuring accurate, clean, and synchronized data across HRMS, performance systems, and compensation tools.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders (HRBPs, GHR, BCOE & SEAMEX) to ensure smooth workflow and timely closures.
- Consistency in policy application, especially when different business units require support/clarification.
- Maintaining employee experience through timely query resolution and clear communication.
KRAs:
Performance Management :
Manage the end-to-end operational activities of annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
- Track adherence to cycle timelines; follow up with HRBPs and managers for pending actions.
- Maintain accuracy of performance data and rating uploads.
- Support calibration meetings through data preparation and documentation.
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Operations:
Support administration of LTIP cycles: eligibility lists, grant letters, communication, and data uploads.- Maintain vesting trackers, monitor maturity schedules, and coordinate with Finance/Payroll for payouts.
- Ensure accuracy of LTIP-related data and documentation.
- Assist employees with LTIP-related queries in coordination with the BCOE & GHR guidelines and timelines.
Rewards Policy Implementation & Execution:
Support execution of reward policies including pay ranges, variable pay guidelines, and recognition programs.- Assist in the annual salary review cycle: data consolidation, merit calculation sheets, and validation.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure policy adherence and process checks.
- Publish communication and FAQs to HRBPs/managers after alignment with the BCOE & GHR
Data, Reporting & Systems Management:
Maintain master data for rewards, performance, and LTIP modules.- Prepare recurring MIS reports such as: rating distribution, compensation analytics, LTIP vesting schedules, and R&R dashboards.
- Work with GHR, Seamex and IT teams to resolve system issues and enhance process automation.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the BCOE Rewards.
- Provide timely inputs and follow ups on legal queries
Review & Manage Benefit plans:
Assist in administration of employee benefits & review of benefit policies in line with group recommendations, work on the financial and implementation recommendations for all business verticals.
Coordinate with HRBP teams to ensure timely enrolments and renewals.
