Job Position: Lead Engineer – Control Systems
Job Location: Bangalore
Qualification: B. E /B. Tech in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation
Professional Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic and Detailed Engineering experience in Oil and Gas Industry/ Chemical Plants for Control Systems such as DCS, Safeguarding System, Fire and Gas System, Compressor Controls and Machine Monitoring Systems.
- Experience in preparation / review of Material Requisitions, offer evaluation, Technical Bid Evaluation Summary, and review of post order Vendor documents for control systems.
- Experience in Control System Engineering - IO List, Logic diagram, Control Narrative, System Architecture, Review of system vendor drawings, interface with packaged equipments.
- Experience in participating in various engineering studies like Safety Integrity Level Classification, HAZOP, Alarm Rationalisation etc.
- Experience in review of engineering deliverables related to Advanced Process Control, Operator Training Simulator, Asset Performance Monitoring Systems, Corrosion Monitoring Systems etc.
- Experience in review of Network Architecture, Cyber Security related deliverables.
- Experience in review of engineering deliverables related to Packaged Equipments controls (Compressor, fire heater, dehydration unit etc) and their interfaces with main plant.
- Familiar with EPC Engineering workflow.
- Should have proven abilities to lead the design team of engineers for activities related to control system engineering, procurement, Factory Acceptance Testing and dispatch.
- Should have handled at least one project independently in Lead Engineer role directly facing Client in recent years. Experience with clients like Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, KOC, Qatar Energy is preferred.
- Participation in Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance test of Control systems with vendor and Client.
- Experience of working in a multi-EPC setup with a common MAC (Main Automation Contractor) in a large size projects is preferred.
- Train and Develop entry level engineers.
