We are hiring an experienced AI Automation Engineer to help us integrate AI deeply into our software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building:

Your mission will be to help our development team:

Required Skills
- 2+ years of software engineering, automation engineering, or AI engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience with Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Claude or equivalent LLMs and advanced, production-level prompt engineering.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Basic JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs
- Advanced prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Experience building AI agents and automation systems
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or MCP
- Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
- Strong API integration experience
Responsibilities
AI Development Automation
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate software development tasks
- Create AI agents for:
- Code generation
- Code review
- Documentation generation
- API integration assistance
- Refactoring
- Technical analysis
QA & Testing Automation
- Implement AI-driven QA systems
- Build automated testing workflows for:
- Frontend testing
- Backend API testing
- Regression testing
- Integration testing
- End-to-end testing
- Use AI to identify bugs, edge cases, and performance issues before deployment
Engineering Productivity
- Build internal AI tools to improve developer productivity
- Create AI copilots/workflows for developers
- Automate repetitive development and DevOps tasks
- Improve CI/CD workflows using AI automation
AI Integration & Infrastructure
- Work with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs
- Design multi-model AI workflows and orchestration systems
- Build prompt pipelines and agent systems
- Integrate AI systems into our existing React/Node.js/AWS infrastructure
Architecture & Optimization
- Analyze current engineering workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Recommend AI tooling and frameworks
- Improve code quality and development standards across the team
Development & Automation
- Experience automating software development workflows
- Experience building internal engineering tools or automation systems
- Strong understanding of:
- development lifecycle
