Position: HR Intern – Recruitment & Backend Operations
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Stipend: ₹2,000 per month
Working Days & Timing
- Tuesday to Sunday
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Monday
Roles & Responsibilities
- Posting job openings on job portals.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants.
- Maintaining recruitment records and databases.
- Following up with candidates regarding interview status.
- Supporting onboarding and backend HR operations.
- Managing attendance and employee documentation.
- Preparing recruitment reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Email.
- Comfortable working from home.
- Interest in HR and Recruitment.
