Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential customers, explaining company services, managing customer relationships, and converting inquiries into sales.
The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in customer handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment. The candidate will also support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, referrals, online inquiries, and other sales channels.
- Generate new leads and maintain a proper follow-up system.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and service-related communication professionally.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and local brand-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, service details, and sales execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead sheets, follow-up records, and customer data.
- Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Suggest ideas to improve lead generation, customer conversion, and market reach.
- Assist in customer onboarding, product explanation, and basic training when required.

Experience

- Experience in automobile, detailing, service industry, retail, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales may also be considered.
