Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve sales targets.
- Handle lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Conduct team training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Prepare sales reports and business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales

- Graduation required; MBA preferred
