Role Objective:
To drive business development for the Bengaluru office by building a diversified and sustainable pipeline of healthcare infrastructure and consulting assignments across private healthcare providers, institutional clients, and public sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive business development for healthcare infrastructure and consulting projects (greenfield and brownfield)
· Build opportunities across private hospitals, healthcare groups, medical colleges, institutions, and public sector bodies
· Participate in public sector tendering processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) and support consortium/JV formation where required
· Develop and manage relationships with hospital promoters, institutional leaders, government officials, architects, EPC/PMC firms, and key stakeholders
· Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
· Work closely with design, PMC, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from pitch to execution
· Maintain pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and contribution to branch-level growth and profitability
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
